Cookie Policy

This policy explains the cookies and browser storage used by the Drip4Kings Hydrogen storefront, wherever you are browsing from. A cookie is a small value stored by the browser and sent with later requests. Local storage stays in the browser and is not automatically sent with every request.

1. Essential storage

Essential storage is used for security and services you request. It includes the signed storefront session cookie, Shopify cart, customer-account state, checkout continuity and the record of your privacy choice. The store cannot provide checkout and account features without it, and no consent is required for it in any country.

2. Feature storage on this device

The storefront uses local storage when you actively use these features:

• d4k_market remembers the active region shown by the storefront.
• d4k_wishlist remembers products added to the wishlist.
• d4k:outfit-builder:selection:v1 remembers an outfit in progress.
• Entry and privacy keys prevent answered notices from reopening on every page.

This feature data remains on the device until the feature clears it, you remove it through browser settings, or the storefront changes the storage version.

3. Optional categories

• Preferences: optional personalisation beyond storage strictly needed for a feature you request.
• Analytics: measures visits and interactions so we can understand and improve the storefront.
• Marketing: measures campaigns or helps show relevant advertising.

Optional categories are sent to Shopify Customer Privacy controls and are not treated as accepted merely because you visit the site. We currently default sale-of-data consent to off.

4. How your choice works where you live

• European Union, European Economic Area and United Kingdom: non-essential cookies and similar storage are placed only after you accept them. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, refusing costs you nothing, and you may change or withdraw the choice at any time.
• Brazil, Chile and other countries requiring prior consent: the same rule applies — optional categories stay off until you accept.
• United States: where a state law applies, you may opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising through Do not sell or share my personal information, and we honour the Global Privacy Control signal for the browser that sends it.
• Everywhere else: the standard set by your own law applies; the same controls are available to you in any case.

5. Services that may set storage

Shopify provides the storefront, cart, customer account, privacy and checkout infrastructure. The payment provider shown at checkout may use essential security and fraud-prevention storage on its own hosted pages. If analytics or advertising services are enabled later, they must follow the optional choices above and this policy will be updated to identify them where required.

6. Change your choice

Use the Cookie Preferences control in the footer to accept, reject or change optional categories. Withdrawing consent affects future optional processing; it does not invalidate processing that was lawful before the change.

You can also delete cookies and local storage in your browser. Doing so can empty the cart, sign you out, remove the wishlist or outfit, and cause the privacy notice to appear again.
