Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Drip4Kings storefront and any order you place through it. They must be read together with our Returns, Refunds and Legal Guarantee Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We sell to consumers in every country our checkout serves, and nothing in these terms limits a mandatory consumer right that applies where you live.

1. Merchant and contact details

Drip4Kings is the trading name of Drip4Kings SpA, a Chilean company with tax identification number (RUT) 78.536.452-K, which operates this store from Pasaje Los Almendros 512, La Cisterna, Santiago, Chile.

2. Who may order

You must be at least 18 years old or act with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and be authorised to use the payment method selected at checkout.

3. Products and availability

Product pages describe the item, available variants, price and other material characteristics. Colour can vary slightly between screens. Size information is guidance; check the measurements shown for the specific product before ordering.

Many items are prepared after an order is placed. This does not remove your rights under our return policy or any mandatory law, and preparing an ordinary catalogue size or colour is not personalisation. Availability is confirmed at checkout. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you and offer a full refund or another lawful remedy you choose where applicable.

4. Prices, taxes and duties

At the date of this version, the catalogue still shows prices in USD in every market. Because the store is established in Chile, payments will remain disabled until prices intended for Chilean consumers and the final total are configured and displayed primarily in Chilean pesos (CLP), including applicable taxes. An additional USD reference does not replace the CLP price.

Before you submit an order, Shopify checkout will show the products, quantities, shipping address, payment method, applicable store taxes, shipping charge and final amount. Where the law of your country requires a total price inclusive of tax to be shown before payment, checkout shows that total for your destination. Standard shipping is configured at no charge to every destination the checkout offers; checkout confirms the rate that applies to the order.

The destination country may impose import duties, taxes or customs charges that are not collected by us. When this applies, the recipient is responsible for those charges. We do not undervalue parcels or declare them as gifts.

5. Payment

Only payment methods actually displayed in Shopify checkout are available. Payment is processed by the payment provider identified there. Drip4Kings does not ask you to send full card details or security codes by email, chat or WhatsApp, and does not store your full card number.

An order is submitted when you complete checkout. We send an electronic confirmation containing the order details. Payment authorisation does not remove our obligation to deliver the order or provide the remedies required by law.

6. Order review, correction and confirmation

Before payment, review the item, variant, quantity, delivery address and total. Shopify checkout lets you return to the relevant step to correct information. Contact us promptly if the confirmation contains an error.

The electronic order document is archived in Shopify as part of the purchase record. The order confirmation and any tax document are sent to the email address or contact channel supplied at checkout. If customer accounts are enabled, the order history may also be available there; in every case, you may request a copy through our contact channels.

The version of the terms accepted before payment is recorded with the cart. Before enabling payments, we will verify that the record remains associated with the completed order and that the confirmation template supplies a durable copy of, or link to, the applicable terms. Keep the confirmation as proof of purchase.

7. Shipping

Preparation times, delivery estimates, supported destinations, tracking, customs and delayed or lost parcels are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but we remain responsible for meeting the date or range committed at checkout and for providing an appropriate remedy if we do not. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person you name other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.

8. Cancellation, withdrawal, returns and legal guarantee

Three separate rights can apply to the same order: our voluntary 14-day return promise, offered to every customer wherever they live; the statutory right to cancel a distance purchase given by the law of your own country, such as the 14-day right of withdrawal in the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, or the 10-day right of retraction in Chile; and the legal guarantee for a faulty or non-conforming product, which lasts at least two years in the EU and EEA and six months in Chile. Using one does not waive another.

You may exercise a cancellation or withdrawal right through the withdrawal and return form on this store, by email, or by WhatsApp. The electronic form is available for the whole cancellation period, does not require an account, and produces a dated confirmation sent to you by email. The conditions, deadlines and refund rules for each right, the exceptions allowed by law and the model withdrawal form are set out in our Returns, Refunds and Legal Guarantee Policy.

9. Third-party brands and intellectual property

Product brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products offered. Drip4Kings is an independent retailer and is not sponsored by or affiliated with those brand owners unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

The Drip4Kings name, wordmark, crown, original photography, copy and site design may not be reproduced for commercial use without written permission.

10. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials. Do not use the storefront to commit fraud, interfere with security, distribute malware, violate another person's rights or place an order using false or unauthorised information. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store or the law.

11. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is used for orders, support, fraud prevention and other stated purposes, and which rights you have in your own country. Our Cookie Policy explains essential storage and optional analytics or marketing technologies. Marketing consent is optional and is not required to buy.

12. Responsibility and mandatory rights

We are responsible for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees. We are not responsible for a failure caused solely by information you supplied incorrectly or by an event outside reasonable control, but this does not remove any remedy the law gives you.

13. Complaints, governing law and where you can claim

These terms are governed by Chilean law. That choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you habitually live, and where those rules give you more, they apply. A consumer may bring a claim before the competent courts or authorities of their own country of residence, and we may only sue a consumer there.

Contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. You may also use the consumer route available where you live: SERNAC in Chile, a national consumer dispute body or the European Consumer Centre network in the EU and EEA, an approved ADR body in the United Kingdom, or the competent consumer authority elsewhere. No clause requires you to waive those options.

14. Changes

The version shown at the top of this page that was available when you ordered applies to that order. We may update terms for future orders, but changes do not retroactively reduce rights already acquired.
